THE ADDO RAPTOR & REPTILE CENTRE - REPTILES

The Addo Raptor and Reptile Centre have over 30 separate species of Snakes, Lizards, Gecko's, Frogs and Crocodiles in their care. During the guided tour of our centre you will interact with and receive an education on all of these wonderful creatures. Come and handle our Python's, Anacondas and Constrictors.

For our brave visitors to the Reptile Sanctuary, our guide will offer you the opportunity to hold "Sludge" our resident Snouted Cobra (Egyptian Cobra), or "Sydney" our very mellow Boomslang or maybe even "Shorty" the not so friendly "Puff Adder". As you conquer your fears and learn about or scaly friends, you could watch your guide handle all of the Venomous Snakes.

Unlike many other Parks and Zoo's which try to illustrate how dangerous these animals could be, we will demonstrate the softer side to amazing predators.

Feeding Demonstrations Daily.

REPTILE SANCTUARY | ADDO RAPTOR & REPTILE CENTRE | ADDO | SOUTH AFRICA

Come and experience first hand the absolute passion the Addo Raptor and Reptile Centre team have for these largely misunderstood creatures. See the gentle nature of these mystical
creatures who live alongside us, often without us even knowing, yet due mainly to our lack of understanding of them, we persocute these creatures.
This is an interactive, educational journey into the life of a reptile. The guide will show you how they live, feed and breed. Some of the harmless snakes and birds (pythons and owls) are available to be handled by visitors.
